For many years, Jyden Bur has been well-known for developing and manufacturing animal housing systems that achieve the need of animal welfare, design and durability – factors that ensure the most effective environment and production for the farmer.
Founded locally
In 1923, Jyden Bur was founded by the Andersen family - just a few kilometres outside Holstebro in a small village named Bur. Right from the beginning, Jyden Bur had become known for producing animal housing of high quality for both diary productions as well as for pig productions.
During the last 85 years, things have been changed - from both an internal and external point of view. In general, farming has evolved from small units to larger productions with even a more international perspective.
